In order for a resource to be used by someone, that person has to be able to own that resource; if someone uses a resource without owning it, i.e. without being the ultimate authority over that resource, then they are violating the rights of whoever the ultimate authority is. At the very least, people should be able to own themselves. However, the purpose of this answer isn’t to make a case for private property and so I will continue on without doing so but rather going off of the assumption that property rights exist.📷
