Sausage butter red wine cheddar cheese garlic and Shoot Hoops Not People shirt, best-stuffed mushrooms ever. I made these delicious mushrooms but had to use the leanest meat. The extra fat (I experimented!) Dripped and made the mushrooms too soggy. The lean meat was perfect! A little more flavor with Italian sausage. Can do with just some stuffing and crabmeat as well.
