If you really feel that way, try to be honest with her. Tell it to her in a nice way. Tell her that you miss her old appearance. Of course, it is going to be hard for her to accept at first that you can’t accept what she is now but I bet she would understand and try to lose weight for you. It is going to be really hard for her to lose weight so you should always be with her side in these tough times. BUT if she really tried hard, please still support her decision.
