It is sad but why are people afraid or restrain from helping because of the paper work and investigative procedures medical cost to be borne by the helper,and also the slowness letharge in the system which puts off .This is definitely not a lack of humanity but the no appreciation even on doing a good deed. Road safety and traffic rules should be strictly taught in the schools to prevent such accidents. The two ladies were walking too close to the truck on its blind spot. Therefore whenever you walk close to such trucks you should always raise your hands to warn them.
