Cardboard rolls second best, lemon half peel too messy unless making lemonade & folded newspaper waste of time! Was wondering why do we bury seeds when in the wild they r on the surface. I do already use the toilet rolls but I don’t cut them in half, gives the seedling more room for their roots. Great ideas, just be sure to cover the tops completely with dirt so the whole thing will breakdown. Leaving the top exposed is not a good idea.
