The abilities of adult elephants are scarcely even studied, it seems, just how the tails, ears, eyes, feet, etc. are different and have deficits from the giraffe norm… Baby elephants are studied and can hardly even drink properly (!!!) since they are typically taught in schools using giraffe drinking techniques — so it must be a terrible disorder indeed.
