Sam’s the best choice to pass the mantle to. I, personally don’t care for mantle passing/sharing most of the time (with a couple of exceptions) and wished the name would just retire with Steve. But of all of the current superhero titles, Captain America is the most logical to be passed on, and Sam’s the best choice.
