There is lots of sugar in powdered coco. Empty the coco packet into your mouth, light the end of the toilet paper roll on fire or hold it up to your mouth with the lighter on the end. In one big puff, exhale all the coco powder. Unless you are really dumb, you probably are not going to hurt yourself. But also you aren’t going to get an Uchiha level fireball, however it is fun and can look kinda cool if you do it right.
