I started as a cadet at 18, and retired as a commander at 54. I helped some people in the process, hurt some too, I am sure. I took my responsibility seriously and did the best I could. Most of those who do not like me are those who worked with me. I had standards, and some did not appreciate that. You may find I am pro-police, but I am not pro-dumb-police, not pro-lazy-police, not pro-criminal-police. not pro-corrupt-police. Having said that, some of the most noble people I know are police officers.
