Don’t be a cunt eat one shirt

What I don’t see is our modern first world work-force in the U.S. looking at families as a necessary part of a functioning society. The most successful families I see are ones where both Mom and Dad work, but stagger their hours in a way that maximizes a parent with the children, but allowing for family/couple time as well. Each parent working 30–35 hours a week.
