This is for babies who can’t speak to communicate and avoid a lot of crying and tantrums. Most tantrums are because we can’t understand what they want and they get frustrated with us and themselves. I say if they’re signing, and you can understand them, just give them the damn cookie. At least they’re not crying because you don’t know what they want. You know exactly what they want. Children will speak when they’re ready. There has to be communication in the meantime.
