Hulk: Banner has no story arc or whatsoever. With Hulk refusing to Hulk out and not on good terms with Banner, it is to be seen on how Banner and Hulk sort it out and come to terms in Endgame and what is the future of Hulk is yet to be figured. Bruce Banner can team with Tony Stark and set up a lab and get in some kinda research and all of those or else if Professor Hulk takes over, it's to be seen how Hulk can be fit into the next phase of MCU.
