I’ve experienced bullying far too often. In fact, I took a long look at my resume and I am ashamed. I consider myself a job hopper because I can’t get into a good clinic that isn’t toxic. Why does it have to be this way in a position I have always wanted to work in? Finally, they opened up various vet tech support groups on facebook which I thought would help but even there, remarks are made which tend to put down fellow techs. Why can’t we all just get along and work toward a goal to help patients?
