A sincere apology to all victims of my social awkwardness shirt

I have people tell me that they are sorry because they were supposed to do something and didn’t, or they did something by accident, and I say, that’s okay, but in the future could you please do this instead? Then I set a ground rule in place to prevent that problem again. I don’t like to detrimentally rely on someone’s word.
