The right to discriminate is a fundamental corollary of the right to property ownership. Just as with the right to free speech, people may often use it to say/do things that are offensive, but offensiveness does not provide adequate justification for prohibiting the exertion of one’s rights. Finally, as was demonstrated, limiting rights is both unwise and unnecessary, no less in the case of property rights than with free speech rights.📷
