I like your question but if you allow me to read between the lines I believe you need an interviewing tip. I think you need to adjust your mindset a bit. I believe your current mindset is you approach interviewing almost like a firing squad and feel like you’re under the bright lights. I approach interviewing as an equal playing field. I prepare and set my objective to get an offer. However, where you and I may differ is in our outcomes. My goal like yours is to get an offer but I additionally spend quite a bit of energy interviewing them as well. I want to ensure that the job is one I will LOVE to do, the company is one I will LOVE to work for and my career will FLOURISH at this company because there are opportunities to grow with this company. I have the mindset that the interview is a 50/50 proposition.
