Every pass I ever had was good at every chow hall on the base. Because 29 and Pendleton are only a few hours away, my pass even worked in Pendleton the times I went there. Married Marines got ComRats which was a monthly allowance for food, but it was up to them to eat well, no different then a normal person.📷
